    Hi,

My airline allows id75 subload travel on other airlines. They issue id75 ticket (75% off the IATA Published YY fare). The ticket is return and open dated, does not have any expiry or not valid after date on the ticket.

Any one out there has an idea how long these are valid for from date of issue or date of departure? I am getting this for my child and return flight may not be taken for 4-5 months from departure.

Is it 1 year, 6months or 3 months?

    Thanks.

While most carriers have standardized ID ticket validity to 90 days from the date of issue it ultimately depends on the bilateral agreement made between your airline and the airline being ticketed. You would need to check with your staff travel office to determine the conditions of the bilateral agreement invovled.
