Thread: Switching from Delta to US Airways

    I work in CLT, a great place to work....flying to europe, you either ride in the back or pay the $100.....I pay the $100 I like the long ride in the front of the plane....8 hrs in the back is tight....stateside is usally full with Chairman Preferred or Silver Preferred, those are hard to get....So I just ride in the back stateside....a great company to work for....alot of fine people here, and some that are not as nice....

    OK thanks for the response, the $100 is worth it, I am resigned to flying coach stateside as well

    Well it seems as if the US/American merger is going through, so now the big question is what will the end result be for Employee travel. They appear to be similar but I think American paid less for upgrades both local and international as well as other differences. Can anyone provide a comparison?
