I understand FA's with UAL are supposed to be getting some I-phones pertaining to doing customer service jobs. Or I-pads.....not exactly sure. Was told that it had a bunch of customer service oriented apps in there so no more things like swiping credit cards things like that with the other little gizmo they use that has issues.
