Lovely. We are going to Europe in a few weeks and were looking at AA for a return trip. I am beginning to get nervous about this trip.

For the moment, it is only AMS, nothing concerning other cities yet. If I was you I would avoid CDG.

Now there is an embargo for nonrevs to/from LHR and there is a capacity cap in LHR as well. Dollar and Euro are nearly even so this is the perfect time to go to but no one can get there!

Yeah, such a shame we can't take advantage with the USD/EUR at current rates. I always took for granted how easy LHR is to get to/from but now it is not even possible to get from.

I thought returning from LHR was easy too, until that fateful day when I answered "yes" to a customs question about visiting the English countryside. Next thing I know I'm standing in a solution of bleach and disinfection reading a brochure about "mad cow disease", wearing my brand new boots-which I only wore because I couldn't cram them into my carry-on)

After CDG, LHR is one the the worst airport in Europe. Right now it seems that this embargo concerns only AMS and LHR still.
