I booked with Dargal before. They have a flat fee but the agents are able to waive it. Tell them that you saw the rate with no fees on another site and they'll waive it in order to get your sale. Wether they work it into the price or show a lower price and then add it these companies all charge about a $40 service fee. But they also get commisions on the rate itself. I would go ahead and book with Dargal anytime. Just be armed with this knowledge.
