Hey, so you made it. My first impression with some of my fellow gate agents after working out on Saipan/Guam in the Pacific was like night and day. It's not really that they are rude, but they get real busy sometimes, and the pressure is on. Some handle it better than others. IAH is a very busy station. At least they didn't charge for baggage. That's great. Question. Where did you get this "BARKING" lady? NEWARK? ORLANDO? (In New York, everyone barks but don't mean nuthin.)
