When I went to SXM, I just went to the Sonesta with no reservation. I walked up to the front desk, asked if they had a room for 1 night, and showed my Comair ID and asked for the crew rate. They were happy to help me.

Of course that was the Comair ID. I had such a hard time with the Regional Elite Airline Services ID, nobody wanted to accept it for anything.

You're 9E right? Does your ID say Delta on it anywhere? They didn't know what Comair was, but they understood Delta Connection.
