Ok, as mentioned above somewhere, definately expand your travel experiences. Go to USAA web site. They have an outstanding travel and cruise area. You must register to use this. Membership is for anyone, not just military. I'll say it again. The only thing you must have to join the auto/homeowners insurance part of usaa is a military connection.
So you can use USAA travel and cruise section. Register online, they'll give you a membership number. I don't know if you must open up a bank account or buy any of their products. There is also a toll free number listed. I was checking it out last night and its real good. I was impressed on how you can click on to a city and have a listing of hotels with membership prices. Bounce these membership prices along with your airline discounts and see which is cheapest. www.usaa.com
