I was in Batangas in 1995 before I met the wife. Ship pulled into Manila Bay and I took off to Baguio, and later had a few more days to spend, and was told to go visit MATABOMCAY BEACH in Batangas. Took the bus, forgot how long it took but it was way out there not far from NASUGBU. That was the first time I ever saw TAGAY TAY area, I noticed the weather got cool and I could see a volcano inside a lake. TAAL volcano which is actually a VOLCANO WITHIN A VOLCANO. Because the lake that TAAL volcano is in is actually a volcano itself. Imagine that. The road passed Tagay Tay goes to Batangas. Make a right when you can't go any further at Tagay Tay and that road goes to Batangas. Do you go to BATANGAS CITY? Batangas is pretty broad. If youre 60 miles from Manila, you must be just passed Tagay Tay.

What was my destination in Philippines? And which airlines took me to Philippines? My destination in Philippines is Quezon City. I used United Airlines on all my legs except for MNL-NRT which we used ANA. On the way back I stopped in Saipan/Guam and onto the U.S. via NRT. United Airlines from IAH-HNL-GUM-MNL.....ANA to NRT.....UAL to GUM-SPN-NRT-SFO-IAH.
