I see they do this for active duty military FREE and civilian DOD workers. They just use their CACS ID card. This is great. Only, they need to do this for VETERANS sort of like they do with the concealed gun license fee here in Texas. If anything, at a much reduced fee. Some veterans are complaining about a fee at all. Nothing is being done that I know of for disabled and purple heart recipients. I'm going to propose this if it hasn't to the next American Legion/VFW conventions if it hasn't all ready.
