If working in SLC for SkyWest you and your family (spouse and kids) can fly with United (& Continental once agreement with them are done!) and also Delta for free (you just gots to pay annual fee). I know other SkyWest bases are diffierent. SLC seems to have the best flight bennies due to it being SkyWest biggest hub. Lately they're hiring for Delta CS agent and reservation. Good luck on that.
