Good news is that the late flights look quite good for business class. (Guess no one wants to fork over that $151 taxes/fees--lists are short)
Not only that, but I think that the taxes go up even more when there is a charge associated with the reservation... certainly more than the $151 for nonrevs.

That's the total paycheck deduction for employee travel.
Oh yeah, the "sales" tax portion has to be calculated on the mileage base fare on buddy pass and then added to that $151
