Thank you so much for your help and replies. I just knew it was way too much! We had done this before in the opposite direction BCN/JFK/MCO. It took us two days to get on but how sad can you be getting stuck in Barcelona?!! That's the longest we've ever had to wait. Anyway, the fare was nowhere near $1300.
