Hi. I have been through CDG a number of times. I flew with ezed from YUL to NCE on AF and was required to collect my baggage, and recheck in CDG. I asked the AF agent if that was normal and she said yes and advised that I account for the time required when planning connections. I have also travelled through CDG and connected on another carrier which also required me to grab my bags and recheck. Seems to be common in CDG.
