Try Air New Zealand...we flew on them a little over a year ago, nonstop from LAX to Nadi. The flight was seamless and the service superb. We left LAX at about 8:45pm and arrived in Nadi at about 3am. There were plenty of seats and their customer service people were always happy to check loads for us when we called. We paid about $500 per person (ID90).
