Are you an employee of CO? If so, you shouldn't have any trip pass fees, unless you are taking BusinessFirst and not on a vacation pass. As for the departure tax, you are right, there isn't any place it is specifically listed on mycoair. Unfortunately they change frequently. One kind of backdoor way to figure it out is to try and make a booking on the interline fare calculator which can be accessed from the employeeres page. When you look at the breakdown of the ZED fare price, it shows the intl taxes. I just looked for LHR-IAH and it is around $140 dollars or 88 GBP. They don't charge based on cabin anymore out of LHR. Sadly, this charge is per person, regardless of the way you are ticketed and usually is paid at the airport, but for LHR, it is actually one of the only stations that I know of that payroll deducts.
