Thread: myIDTravel -- Like or Don't Like

Had a few issues using it with Thai Airways (TG). It's ezed and limited to 2 types of credit cards. I got ticket confirmations A/O but had to list w/TG via phone. Just gave them record locators and ticket numbers. Very easy. Now--bad part--they charge foreign exchange fee from Thai Baht to dollars, plus the ticketing fee. Cancelled each ticket a week later when my disease came back. Did not get refund. Had to go back and do it all again. Got instant conf for refund but waiting for money to be applied to credit card. They don't take my Platinum Amex, which has no foreign exchange fees. I'll be curious if we get hit w/another fee (had to use Visa card).
Most of our other tickets are paper but we have a few dozen ezed airlines. It is nice to NOT have to go to res desk.
