Hello,

Im a flight attendant with Alaska Airlines but am on an extended leave of absence and so I dont currently have travel benefits on international carriers. My friend who flys for Continental is going to put me on as her travel companion this week. Im starting school at the end of Aug so I want to use these benefits as much as possible this summer. I know its the worst possible time to non rev but this is how it ended up. Ive traveled alone before but would prefer to travel with someone else or at least meet up with others traveling. Im a 32 yr old female. I like to see the culture and that includes nightlife. Im pretty open to going anywhere at the moment but really would like to go to Asia. Let me know if anyone wants someone to travel with this summer. p.s. I wont be doing one very long trip but will be doing a few/several shorter week-2 week trips.

    thanks! ~ Janelle

Hi, Skygirl. Did you go anywhere at all this summer? I'm the husband of a Delta Employee. I'm thinking about going to Valencia, Spain for La Tomatina, occurring on Aug 26. It's not quite the Running of the Bulls, but the Throwing of the Tomatoes. Sister's tagging along. I just joined this forum tonight looking for other last minute adventurers. You're welcome to join us if you wish. It's gonna be a pretty quick turn around for me, as I might just do 2 or 3 days.
