Working for NWA we hear all kinds of things about the travel benefits with DL, which seem to be better than NWA.
One of the things we have heard about is Travel privileges for your Non Dependent children, in other words,
children no longer in college. Does DL have travel privileges for them too? We at NWA do not have any
for our children once they are done with college, unless they use one of our 8 RT companion passes. Which
doesn't help much if you go on several trips a year and have several children that are older. What are the
benefits for older children with DL? I'd love to hear!

    Thanks!

My daughter, who is 30, can fly on a yield fare (roughly equivalent to a buddy pass fare) at a better priority than a buddy pass. However, her family cannot.

Thanks for your response!!! Are the passes unlimited for Non dependent children, or are there only a certain number a year that non dependent children can use?

Here's the quote, right off of the Pass Bureau website...

"Travel companions and nondependent children – Travel companions and nondependent children are eligible for unlimited S3B yield fare tickets on Delta and Comair domestic and international flights. The purchase of a space-available yield fare ticket is required. Travel on Delta’s other DCI partners that operate flights as Delta Connection flights (except for American Eagle) will be at the S3CR boarding priority. (Yield fare ticket required)"
