"Q" on NWA is a fuel-surcharge. Politely inform the NWA agent that ZED&#39;s do not get charged fuel-surchages. This has happened to me - an employee - trying to buy ZED&#39;s on OAL. Once I mentioned it to the different agents each time I call to price one, most place me on hold to verify, while others indicate, "yeah, you are right. Let me remove that fuel surcharge."

A NWA memo came out last June/July stating that fuel-surcharges are not priced in ZED&#39;s.
