As a ticket counter/gate agent, things haven't changed on your end, just on ours after the computer system switchover. I list jumpseaters (OMC) all the time at the counter, and we're so small that it's rare that it's ever needed at the gate. No need to list ahead of time, at least on our express flights (I think there may be a slightly different process for mainline flights, but I never work those)
