I don't think there is much profit to make in Cleveland just based on the past 10 years CO worked there at a loss. It was not profitable. Why? I really don't know. Geographically speaking, there are better hubs such as EWR, ORD. I see NRT to DTW/ORD/IAH but none to CLE.
