Taxes/fees/surcharges are not built into the ZED Fare, they are in addition to the ZED fare.

I think you're referring to the USD15 EA tax (passenger departure tax) which is a ticketable tax, meaning it is collected at the time the ticket is issued and applies to any segment enplaningin the Bahamas to anywhere outside the Bahamas.
