We just handle CRJ2/7/9 and EMB170/175 for regionals at MSP. We check our weight limits before loading, but it isn't anything too crazy.

I feel like it is the opposite here, a small number of full time employees, but mainly part time / part time flex people working for flight benefits. I do "full time flex", which is a part time flex schedule but pick up full time hours. At this point, I think the only way to make a living in the airline industry is working for an actual major airline. Working for a contractor means your contract will possibly be lost every 3 years and you'll start over on the pay scale with whoever takes over.
