We've had a couple meetings with a DGS rep. From what I heard, everyone is taking a paycut. At REAS, all below wing agents were paid the same. At DGS, aircraft cleaners are paid a dollar less per hour. I think the top out is about $9 / hour for ramp agents. No one way shift trades, shift trades have to be "paid back" with in 30 days. No PTO for 6 months and agents can only accrue a max of 1 week per year. Full time health insurance for a family is $400+ per month.

DL is currently hiring ready reserve and DL is hiring a lot of REAS employees. Those that are close to retirement told me that they would just stick it out for a couple years so they can retire with flight benefits. I am not sure how DGS is going to keep up with attrition considering how bad working conditions will be going forward.
