I do all the work for our passes. Luckily, we have some very savvy buddies. They split when necessary and respect DL One. They always have Plan B or C. Several times they've flown to unplanned destinations. Once, I emailed and told them to get out of Bangkok on any rev tkt to SIN, then back to the US at their leisure.
