I don't believe that is correct--the DL ID my husband carries does not allow him to fly any NW aircraft. Code share is not the same in this instance. If the flight is operated by NW it follows NW rules until June 23. There is one particular 75 flight that operates CVG/DTW/JFK daily (at least it did last few months) and it is DL operated and follows all DL procedures whether it departs CVG or DTW. It does not change status in DTW.
