I don't know what the hiring situation is in SLC but I know there are a few positions springing up. Southwest is or will be opening LGA, BOS, and MKE all within only a few months of each other and as a result there are some internal job listings posted. Once we allow our people to shuffle around and make transfers, which ever vacancies spring up as a result will surely be posted externally.

I see your avatar is "res agent". Are you strictly looking for a res position? That may be more challenging since that's sort of been a dwindling dept over the years. Would you be interested in customer service, operations, ramp, provisioning, or anything else? Would you be able to relocate to a new city?[/b]
I am giving up the reservations department. I would like to work at the ticket counter or gate. I am not opposed to working the ramp either. When I started with Continental I had originally planned on going corporate after I received my degree but that hasn't panned out.
