A facebook wall contains so much drivel it's sad. When people start accepting a source like that as a measurement of anything that makes it even sadder.

Have to disagree with you there. For everyone who pressed "Like" is one customer who identities with and likes your brand image. Also FB allows airlines to directly target a small but important segment of their market (i.g. 18-35).
