I've noticed in this thread that no-one has mentioned any charges so I was curious to know if a service charge has to be paid when you book tickets and if one is paid is it refundable ??

There is a fee that applies per coupon (currently ~ $1.50) which is fully refundable for wholly unused tickets. If a ticket is partially used, the fee is not refundable. This suggests that it is better to buy one coupon per ticket so that every ticket is either wholly used or wholly unused, never partially used. While this is not a fee that we've paid in the past, I'd be willing to pay it for the convenience of having a ticket issued from anywhere at any time.
