The problem for us is we used to get paper ZED's at the Delta ticket counter. Since the new ZED regulations came out we can no longer piggy back off of Delta's ZED program. Skywest has started their own program but we do not have as many agreements yet. Good thing about eZED's is you can get them as long as you have internet access. BAD thing is the few airlines we need to use paper tickets for we have to order from our travel department so you need to plan ahead as they will not work for trying to catch the next flight (or even a flight in the next few days).
