The payment was to TG, in baht (so I also had small foreign exchange fee) They were city/city.The system required multiple attempts to cancel and refund the tickets. I got a cancel msg but no refund. I think I tried for a few weeks before it worked. I am still waiting for credit from Thai (up to 45 days allowance) I won't be surprised if it takes that long.

No info on refund timing.
Maybe Thai is an exception for extended refund--good thing the total wasn't alot. I will post when we get the $ back!
PS--in case anyone didn't know--they take Visa and World Mastercard only
