Well, its like any customer that isn't satisfied. You pay good money for a steak, it comes back with blood on it after you told them WELL DONE. You pay huge bucks to ride in first class, suddenly, they give you pajamas that is flown by buisness class, when you paid the money for FIRST and that kind of sux doesn't it? How would you like to pay huge bucks in first class, but there isn't enough first class food and suddenly they bring you a coach meal for you and your wife. As a nonrev pax, I could care less if they put us in the cargo pit with a pack of peanuts, but that isn't the case here. I don't think it was hilarious. They probably paid the huge bux to ride comfortably all the way to Melbourne, thinking they would be accomodated all the way. They may have had those pajamas in mind too. First class treatment for them fell short. Is it the fact that they wanted XL pajamas that is hilarious? Would this not have been as funny if they wanted MEDIUM? It's the airlines fault here. If you charge that kind of fare to ride in the front, it needs to be right. All I see here is a couple of passengers excercising their rights as consumers. Good for them. Too bad it had to involve making others wait as they unloaded their cargo but that's on the airlines.
