Ok, as many of you know my all time favorite burger is In-N-Out: animal style.
However sometimes I do sample other burgers, and I've found a good one in Vegas, at the ……….. wait for it …………
“Le Burger Brasserie-Sports Grille” at the Paris Hotel.
*waiting for you to recover from the shock*
What makes the burger so good is that you create your own burger, choosing from a variety of meats - beef, chicken, lamb, salmon (there’s also a veggie burger), toppings and cheeses (it is a French restaurant after all).
I went for Kobe beef, smoked bacon, caramelized onions, with goat cheese on a caramelized onion bun (buns are baked in house) - I’m a creative genius!

But if money is no object- the grill’s signature dish is the “777 Burger”- Kobe beef and Maine lobster, caramelized onions, imported Brie cheese, crispy pancetta, and 100-year aged balsamic, served with a bottle of Rose Dom Perignon Champagne- cost $777.
    Now you can faint!
