Oh yeah! The wife and I stayed at Bally's after the wedding, which is connected to Paris and that restaurant. When I saw their Paris burger I got really excited. Brie, carmelized onions, and bacon. All on a burger. Yum. Unfortunately, when we arrived they were at closing cut-off (places in Vegas close down at night?!?). I was so heartbroken. Ended up making my own equivalent at home. It was good, but I'll always wonder what would have been.

Bally’s, isn’t there a tequila bar that’s open all night? Don't tell me you missed that.
