Didn’t know if you‘ve seen - The New American is Arriving | New American Arriving website
No mention of retiree travel, in fact the only mention of non-rev travel was this short statement.
“Each carrier’s employees will receive reciprocal travel privileges as quickly as possible”.
Personally I hope we stay with FCFS “time of check-in”;
