    OK, thanks for those updates. Not convinced at ALL. As Mrs767er said, may take forever to get a refund. If I have the option, I'll stick with paper ZED's until this has a little time to get the kinks worked out.

    Good luck with that since some airlines (e.g., BA, SK) are requiring eTickets if you want to travel on their flights. Others will be joining that list soon I expect as the cost of processing a paper ticket is getting higher and higher for the carriers and ZED tickets offer very little, if any, return on investment. In fact airlines are probably losing money by continuing to issue/accept paper.
